On-site technician visit that will provide a full-service inspection of all products and perform all proper maintenance and updates to equipment, such as;

Chemical flush for any and all atomizers

Software updates to any AI or Smart system product of ours

Serviceability check of all mechanical / moving parts
-
Make any necessary changes to data collection / add-ons, etc...

Replace any and all parts that pose a potential unserviceability threat that fall under warranty.

Notify corporate office of any warranty replacement requirements or parts that need replacement due to wear and tear providing a full DMA report to the customer.

Ensure server software is running and managing data correctly with the most efficient use of space on the server its deployed on

Review and ensure protocols are being followed with staff
MONTHLY BILLING CHARGE: $1,500.00
Monthly

Emergency Maintenance
Accidents and breakage can happen. We understand this and know that with products like these, providing ultimate safety to your staff, that every call is a high priority. It is why we guarantee on-site service with 24 hours. From the time you call we will have a service person our to your facility within those 24 hours to get your systems back up and running again. They will provide the following for you;

Assess damage and evaluate what is covered under warranty

Provide customer with estimated costs for anything not covered in the warranty
-
With client approval immediately replace all parts required until equipment is operation again
